I’ve always been a creator. As a little girl, I wasn’t just playing, I was building. From makeshift businesses in my bedroom to styling hair for family and friends, I was unknowingly laying the foundation for a career that would blend beauty, business, and impact.

But this journey wasn’t always clear.

Like many women in the industry, I started out just trying to make it—hustling behind the chair, pouring everything into my clients, and still feeling like something was missing. I built a successful wig business, then a thriving salon. Both gave me financial wins, but deep down, I knew I was called to more.

Then came the moment that changed everything: burnout.

The kind that forces you to pause, re-evaluate, and ask, Is this really the life I want? That’s when I realized... success without alignment is still a form of struggle.

So, I reset. I restructured my entire life and business from the inside out.


I leaned into my gifts as an educator, a strategist, and a visionary. I stopped chasing success the traditional way and started designing a life and brand that felt aligned with my purpose. From that transformation, HER Footprint Academy™ was born—a space for beauty professionals to finally learn how to scale with clarity, confidence, and sustainability.

I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist with over 8 years of experience behind the chair, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, and I’m a certified PMP® (Project Management Professional)—one of the most respected credentials in the business world.

My approach is built on real results, not recycled strategies. I’ve built two successful beauty businesses from scratch: a six-figure wig brand and a thriving salon suite specializing in healthy hair care. I’ve coached clients to transform their brands, their revenue, and their confidence—and now I’ve turned my lived experience into systems anyone can follow.

In 2024, I was awarded Google’s Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development sponsorship to bring entrepreneurial education and business strategy to the beauty industry. That backing wasn’t just a win for me—it was a signal that the beauty industry is worthy of real investment, real strategy, and real respect.

I’ve built two successful beauty businesses from scratch. I’ve helped clients turn their hustle into structured, profitable brands. I’ve coached hair clients toward real results and business clients toward sustainable growth.
